1955 Ford - Thunderbird.
Reinstalling the floor and rockers.
Note: all metal put in the car is factory pressed if available other wise the parts are hand made by me, using an anvil, vice, many different sized and shaped hammers, and blood, sweat and tears. There will be absolutely NO pop rivets used in the re-assembly of this car. All joints are welded and filling (where required) is done with lead. Just like it was done in 1955. Bondo will be used only for finishing the surface. At no time will bondo be more than 1/32 of an inch thick. That's almost paper thin.
